| The
best choice for your communications needs would be the
limited version of our Golden Call-Back Package.
The initial investment is estimated at US$5,500.00,
which includes an in-house call-back platform with the
capacity for one-hundred (100) simultaneous call-back
numbers. The system can optionally be expanded to two-hundred-and-fifty
(250) simultaneous call-back numbers should future expansion
require additional capacity.
The limited version of our Gold Call-Back Package also
includes call-backs triggered via a standard Public
Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) calls made to your
predefined access number, or an Internet trigger where by
your customers trigger a call to your in-house platform
from a web-page based interface.
Further, the limited Gold Call-Back Package includes
an out-of-country telephone number which can be programmed
for forwarding of calls to any mobile or in-country
fixed land-line telephone number, thus allowing people
to call that international phone – number, and
have the call terminate to your customer’s in-country
assigned telephone resources.
All accounts for this package are done on a pre-paid
basis. Calls will be billed on a standard 6 second increment
with a minimum of 30 seconds per connected call. All
billing is tracked with industry standard answer-supervision
from our switching center. The only billing exception
is for calls to/from Mexico where there is a 60 second
billing increments.

The Platinum Package provides for call operations using
Calling Cards, Call-Back and Voice over Internet Protocol
(VOIP) Calling.
Our Platinum Package is designed for companies operating
within countries with no significant telecommunication
monopoly, and makes use of the Internet to place and
receive calls thus offering the largest return on investment
(ROI) in the shortest timeframe.
Our Platinum Package consists of a virtual switching
platform installed within the country in question. Your
residential as well as commercial clients will then
dial a local number to make use of the calling card
/ call-back platform, which is answered by your virtual
Interactive Voice Response (IVR) platform.
An IVR produces a set of audible greetings that are
designed to walk the client through the process of placing
the call, and, the call that the client makes is a local
call without any charges to you.
Optionally, there can be a toll-free numbers, whereby
calls to the local Platinum infrastructure are FREE
to your clients. However the additional cost is then
offset by adding the cost of that toll-free call to
the per-minute charge of the country the client is dialing.
For the VOIP user who has high speed Internet connection
there would be none of the aforementioned telephone
charges as they initiate the call process using the
internet as the carrier method – routing said
call through your virtual switching system for billing
purposes only.
Internet based calling systems come in various client
configurations ranging from one-, two-, eight-, or thirty-port
VOIP boxes, depending on the volume of simultaneous
calls required by the client. This VOIP box is installed
at the client’s premises and interconnected to
their Private Business Exchange (PBX) or individual
telephone lines (as is necessary)
All calls made to the core system are accepted, processed,
and are sent over your high speed dedicated Internet
connection to one of our central switching facilities
in the United States where our system then connects
this phone call to its destination through the use of
a series of unique call routing algorithms, making use
of our least-cost routing (LCR). LCR is nothing more
than choosing one of multiple US / European carriers
interconnected to our central switching platforms, based
on price, termination time, and circuit quality or a
combination of all of those elements which are designed
to provide the end user with the best possible call
performance and voice quality for their initiated call.
There are two choices available within the Platinum
Package: our Entrepreneur’s Level and the Turn-Key
Solution also known as (Telecom-in-a-Box)
Entrepreneur’s
or “Build a Dream” Level
This configuration of service allows the in-country
partner(s) to develop their own website, client
billing and other value added offerings. This
package is best suited for companies that
have their own in-house IT team that can provide
web design and application development in
any of the available languages (CC++, Fox
Pro, etc.) Your billing to the clients will
be based on the call detail records (CDRs)
provided by our switching platform, while
at the same time you would be responsible
for maintaining your own CDR, billing and
accounting platform in-country for handling
of your clients.
Technical support, as well as any other value
added services provide to your client base
would be part of your package of services
which you have the freedom and flexibility
to design within this package. |
