Our Gold Package is perfect for people who want to use telecommunication via the Internet. It is the favorite choice for countries where the Government has a monopoly on the telecommunications providers. With this package, the exposure/risk to the in-country partner is negligible. All equipment, the entire switched network platform, and operation is located in the United States – not in the country of resale.
The Gold Package requires the smallest investment capital: anywhere between $5K-$15K. However, the return on investment lower when compared to the Platinum Packages, as every call made has a two-leg cost rather than a direct drop cost as with VOIP.
This means first the call-back to the country where you are located plus the call from the US to the country dialed. Example: a phone call from Senegal to Canada: the call back cost from the US to Senegal being $0.04/m plus $0.10/m for the US to Canada, making the cost of the call $0.14/m. It sounds complex, but it is not. It sounds expensive, but in reality this technology, known also as boomerang dialing, is still much more cost-effective when compared to the standard call dial cost from the monopoly operated telecom.

There are two service levels available within the Gold Package: the Dial-Back and the VOIP level



Dial-Back
This package level provides a call back from the United States or Europe, which is triggered by means of an Internet trigger, an E-mail trigger, an SMS trigger, or a standard public switched telephone network (PSTN) call trigger from within the country. Calls connected in this manner have a two-leg cost as mentioned above This package gives the end-user the option of choosing an out-of-country telephone number which can be programmed to be forwarded to their mobile or in-country land number. This is extremely useful for those who have family and/or business partners abroad and want to lower their cost of calling by making it a local call charge. Additionally, this system also works for the transmission of FAXES, giving it that value added benefit for the cost-minded business communications user.

VOIP
This service level makes use of the Internet to place and trigger calls. For these calls to take place we make use of a one-port, two-port, eight-port, or thirty-port VOIP box, depending on the volume of simultaneous calls required by the client. This VOIP box is to be installed at the client’s premised and to be interconnected to their telephone line(s) or onto their PBX.
The VOIP level solution is perfect for call centers, actual business location such as a hotels or small office, or any other high volume traffic location.
Calls made from the in-country VOIP boxes are processed by our soft switches in the US. We then inter-connect this phone call making use of our LCR platforms which are interconnected to one of our switching platforms, based on price and quality or a combination of the two. Technical support is provided via the Internet, by means of E-mail.
